Our Process

Our 100% Raw Humble Bee honey is straight from our hive and into your jar. We remove honey frames from our hives, replace them to give the bees room to store more honey, and place them in a hand-spun extractor. The frames are spun at a gentle pace so the honey pours out and into your jar.

Our honey is non-pasteurized. We do not heat it because high temperatures remove health benefits, flavours and antibiotic and anti-inflammatory components.

Every jar is unique in flavour, texture and colour because each hive has a different food source. Lighter, floral honey comes from flowers; darker, smokier honey can come from native Australian and tea trees. We guarantee that our raw honey is unlike any other in quality and flavour.
