Why we chose the name Humble Bee Australia.
Created by two young and passionate beekeepers who are saving the bees, and offering you the purest Raw Australian Honey.
We chose the name Humble Bee after we joined the Parramatta association of Beekeepers and took an educational and training course in Beekeeping. This name reflects our humble beginnings and our humble methods in producing the purest, raw and organic Australian honey.

Our honey is guaranteed 100% Raw, unfiltered and organic straight from the hive into your jar.
Our process does not include any heating methods, as we believe this destroys the flavor and health benefits of the honey. Our bees are not fed sugar and our honey is 100% pure without any additives.
Moreover, we understand the value and importance of the bees to our environment and have registered our DPI with the NSW government as well as registering as swarm collectors. Our role of swarm collecting means that many councils and individuals across NSW contact us if they come across a missing bee swarm that needs a safe home. We work round the clock to ensure that we reach those hives, before exterminators do and educate locals about the importance of the bees and why we need to work collectively to save them.
Our Humble Mission.
After collecting the bee swarm which may take up to a weeks long process and up to hundreds of dollars worth of traveling expenses and bee supplies, we place them on our property in Dural and give them a home. All the proceeds made from our sales at this point, go towards our mission to save the bees of Australia one swarm at a time. We provide our 150 super hives with bee boxes, wax frames, disease management processes; to prevent the destruction and decline in population numbers due to extermination and detrimental environmental conditions.
Every jar you buy will help us save more bees each swarming season, and also help us maintain our Apiary to ensure that we are able to breed more bees. Last but certainly not least; you will enjoy our unique, rich flavor that contains floral and smoky accents. Our 100% organic and raw liquid gold honey will have our trusting customers coming back for more.

Our Process
Our process in harvesting the purest honey is truly simple and straightforward', as our 100% Raw Humble bee honey is 'Straight from our hive and into your jar'.
Our process includes, removing our honey frames from inside our hives (always replacing the honey frames to provide more room for our Humble Bees to store their honey) and placing them in a hand spun honey extractor, that simply spins the honey frames, at a pace that allows the honey to pour out of the honey frame and straight into your jar.
Our honey is non- pasteurized (heated at a high temperature), as we believe that by heating the honey, all the health benefits, flavours and anti-biotic/anti-inflammatory components will be removed.
This is also why each of our jars is unique in flavour, texture and may have some solid bits or even a difference in colour. This ultimately results, as each bee hive has a unique food source. For instance a lighter coloured, flowery and sweet flavour results from our bees food source being flowers.
Our darker and smokier flavoured honey, may result from our bee hives' food source being Australian native trees or tea trees. But overall, we can guarantee that our Raw honey is unlike any other, in both quality and flavour.
